(Anaheim, CA, 27 July, 2023) The 2023 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Laboratory Expo is currently underway from July 25-27, 2023, in Anaheim, California, a renowned international hub for business and tourism, celebrated for its sunny weather and world-class Disneyland. During this period, clinical laboratory professionals from all over the globe are converging in Anaheim to participate in the prestigious AACC EXPO. The anticipation has been building for months leading up to this event, primarily because it represents the first AACC EXPO following the COVID-19 pandemic, signifying the complete resumption of international travel without restrictions.
This year, Goldsite showcase at booth# 4478. Our participation reaffirms our commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions that help shape a healthier and more sustainable future. We look forward to the opportunity to engage with attendees, from industry peers to potential clients.
At Goldsite’s booth #4478, Our team of professionals conduct live demonstrations of the featured Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) solutions, GPP-100, A1c Go, FIA Go, providing attendees with a hands-on experience of their functionalities. Our experts will also be on hand to dive into the features of these solutions in detail, as well as to address any questions regarding their implementation and potential benefits.
After three years, we returned to the AACC stage amidst a world significantly changed by the post-COVID-19 environment. The historical pandemic has profoundly shaped our industry, leading to a rise in public attention on health issues and creating an increased demand for better healthcare access—a demand that Goldsite’s expertise is uniquely suited to meet. This year, we proudly showcased our most innovative products, including the all-in-one cartridge specific protein analyzer GPP-100, our flagship product; the one-step POCT HbA1c Analyzer A1c Go;POCT TRFIA FIA GO and GBA-1000, the world's most compact benchtop biochemistry system. All of these products made their debut in the Americas at this event.
FIA GO’s compact design, user-friendly interface, and rapid result delivery make it ideally suited for clinics, hospitals, and mobile testing units, with a wide range of assays covering hormone, thyroid, inflammation and diabetes disease. This aspect is particularly vital for South America, where remote communities can greatly benefit from such point-of-care solutions. Similarly, in North America, the speed and convenience offered by FIA GO can help streamline diagnostics in both rural and urban healthcare facilities, thereby improving patient outcomes.
Diabetes poses a significant health challenge worldwide, threatening the lives of millions every year in both North and South America. Recognizing the unique healthcare needs and challenges in these regions, we've designed our HbA1c series specifically for point-of-care settings, the A1c Go POCT analyzer based on boronate affinity chromatography methodology. The extensive geographical expanse and diversity of these regions necessitate diagnostic solutions that are not only swift and precise but also easily deployable and accessible across both urban centers and remote locations. Our HbA1c series has earned both NGSP (National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program) and IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine) certifications, ensuring its accuracy and consistency across varied clinical settings.
By bridging the gap between advanced diagnostics and point-of-care settings, Goldsite aims to democratize access to high-quality healthcare across both continents, contributing to more robust and equitable health systems.
