澳門藥物監督管理局批准進口GOLDSITE新冠病毒快速抗原測試試劑

澳門藥物監督管理局官方網站主頁近期更新獲准進口的新冠病毒快速抗原檢測試劑製造商名單，國賽生物(Goldsite Diagnostics Inc) 作為65家獲批的生產商之一，生產的SARS-COV-2 ANTIGEN KIT (COLLOIDAL GOLD)(FOR SELF TESTING) （新型冠狀病毒檢測試劑盒 自測用）名列其中，此試劑盒用於在12分鐘內快速檢測新冠病毒感染，可快速有效地用於社區大規模人群篩查，相比於核酸PCR檢測，成本低，反應快，更省去排隊做核酸的時間，自己在家即可操作，無需專業人士操作，不需要具備複雜的醫學訓練，即使是兒童和老人，也可以自行採樣，既方便又可以避免大規模人群篩查中的交叉感染。

在2022年2、3月的香港疫情中，GOLDSITE品牌的快速抗原檢測試劑盒發揮了重要的防疫作用。早在2021年11月，GODLSITE SARS-COV-2 ANTIGEN KIT (COLLOIDAL GOLD) 就取得了歐盟CE 1434居家自測(Home use, OTC)的認證，取得此證書並非易事，需要向歐盟指定公告機構（Notified Body）提供此產品的臨床驗證報告及非專業人士可用性實驗報告等一系列技術文件，以證明此產品的有效性和安全性符合投入市場使用的預期。香港政府也將GOLDSITE新冠抗原快速檢測試劑作為推薦使用品牌公佈在政府防疫專頁上。

截止目前，國賽生物新冠抗原檢測試劑已經獲得了英國、法國、德國、比利時、瑞士、西班牙、意大利等多個歐洲主流市場的家用自測准入許可，名聲遠揚海外。

A Goldsite Diagnostics Inc é um dos 65 fabricantes aprovados do KIT DE ANTIGÉNIO SARS-COV-2 (OURO COLLOIDAL) (PARA AUTO-TESTE). Este kit foi concebido para detectar novas infecções por coronavírus em 12 minutos e pode ser utilizado para o rastreio rápido e eficaz de grandes populações na comunidade. Mesmo as crianças e os idosos podem recolher as suas próprias amostras, o que é conveniente e pode evitar a contaminação cruzada no rastreio em massa.

A marca GOLDSITE dos kits de teste rápido de antigénios COVID-19 desempenhou um papel importante na prevenção do surto em Hong Kong, em Fevereiro e Março de 2022. Em Novembro de 2021, o KIT DE ANTIGÉNIO GODLSITE SARS-COV-2 (COLLOIDAL GOLD) foi certificado pelo regulador da UE sob CE 1434 para autoteste domiciliário, o que não foi fácil de obter e exigiu o fornecimento de um relatório de validação clínica e a usabilidade do produto por parte de leigos ao Organismo Notificado da União Europeia. Uma série de documentos técnicos, tais como um relatório de validação clínica e um relatório de usabilidade do leigo, são necessários para provar que o produto é eficaz e seguro para utilização no mercado. O Governo de Hong Kong também publicou o Teste Rápido de Antigénio GOLDSITE como marca recomendada na página de informação COVID-19 do Governo.

Até agora, o GOLDSITE tem sido aprovado para uso doméstico em muitos grandes mercados europeus, tais como Reino Unido, França, Alemanha, Bélgica, Suíça, Espanha e Itália, e é bem conhecido do estrangeiro e do estrangeiro.

This kit is designed to detect new coronavirus infections within 12 minutes and can be used for rapid and effective screening of large populations in the community. Even children and the elderly can self-collect their own samples, which is convenient and can avoid cross-contamination in mass screening.

The GOLDSITE brand of COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits played an important role in preventing the outbreak in Hong Kong in February and March 2022. Back in November 2021, GODLSITE SARS-COV-2 ANTIGEN KIT (COLLOIDAL GOLD) was certified by the EU regulator under CE 1434 for home self-testing, which was not easy to obtain and required the provision of a clinical validation report and layperson's usability of the product to the Notified Body of the European Union. A series of technical documents, such as a clinical validation report and a layman's usability report, are required to prove that the product is effective and safe for market use. The Hong Kong Government has also published the GOLDSITE Antigen Rapid Test as a recommended brand on the Government's COVID-19 information page.

Up to now, GOLDSITE has been approved for home use in many major European markets such as UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Italy, and is well known from abroad and overseas.
